V posledním desetiletí to ve světě vína pěkně vřelo, vtrhla do něj totiž nová vlna. Po celé Francii, ale obzvláště v Occitanii, zaplavili vinohrady rebelové, kteří dělají víno tak, jak ho mají rádi: v souladu s přírodou, bez kódů a norem.
